Guidelines

  • Guidelines to maintain the decorum of the hospital and its premises.
  • We understand that your relatives and friends are important part of your life and recovery process.
  • Please make a note that visitors may be restricted as per the patient’s medical condition or special needs.
  • You will be issued passes for attendants and visitors at the time of admission of patient.
  • Visitors will be allowed to meet patients on presenting these passes, hence we request you to wear these passes in the hospital premises.
  • Children below the age of 12 years are prohibited as visitors as they are more susceptible to infections. They are allowed on request on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • It is advised to keep yourself sterilized during hospital visit.
  • Sanitize your hands frequently ,  use mask & practice social distancing.
  • Use of mobile phones is prohibited where critical medical equipment and patient monitoring systems are in operation.
  • If you must use your cell phone in approved areas, please speak in a soft tone so that other patients are not disturbed.
  • Flowers can be a source of infection and hence discouraged in the Hospital.
  • Taking photos, videos or making sound recordings without permission is strictly prohibited on the Hospital premises.
  • Smoking & Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on the hospital premises.
  • The entire hospital premises is under CCTV surveillance.
  • Being a service organization, all employees are instructed not to accept any tip/gratuity.
  • If any employee asks for a tip, kindly inform door P.R.E. Being a public place, patients are strongly advised not to keep valuable items/cash in their room/ward.
  • The Hospital will not be responsible for any loss/damage of your personal belongings anywhere within the Hospital premises.
